Biography
Meet OrthoIndy surgeon, Dr. David Fisher
Dr. Fisher, an Indiana native, received his undergraduate degree from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana in 1977. He attended Indiana University-Purdue University in Indianapolis for his post-graduate studies and received his medical degree from Indiana University in 1982. Dr. Fisher interned at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis before completing his residency in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Indiana University in 1987. He then went to St. Anthony Hospital in Columbus, Ohio to perform a one-year fellowship in joint implant surgery. Dr. Fisher is affiliated with two Indianapolis-area hospitals: OrthoIndy Hospital and St.Vincent.
