Celebrating over $10 million in grants

Since 2012, the OrthoIndy Foundation (OIF) has been committed to a mission of improving mobility and function, specifically for the residents of Central Indiana – with a particular emphasis on veterans and the elderly – by benefiting the end users to increase self-sufficiency, promote wellness, and improve the quality of life for those affected by orthopedic issues.

Since then, the OrthoIndy Foundation has grown into a philanthropic force for good, recently announcing the impact it’s made has now totaled over $10 million in grants to a variety of deserving organizations, including he Indianapolis Fire Department’s Survive Alive Village, Servants at Work, the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership, St. Anthony Parish Gymnasium, Indiana Canine Assistance Network, Morning Dove, Back On My Feet and Habitat for Humanity. Additionally, 100% of OrthoIndy’s employees’ charitable donations have been matched dollar for dollar.

A special thanks to the Central Indiana Community Foundation (CICF) who is entrusted with the management of the OIF’s funds. CICF performs all due diligence activities and vetting of grant requests by 501(c)3 non-profits. Strategic direction of the OIF’s philanthropic activities is done by the OIF Advisory Committee.
