Unfortunately, my mom was scheduled with what we thought was a hand surgeon. Dr. Vicar stated right away he is not surgical, so pretty much a totally waste of time for us and Dr. Vicar. He was kind and genuine, but didn't help our concerns and mom's continued wrist, hand and finger pain.
