Dr. Justice graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington in 1999 and Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis in 2003.
He completed his orthopedic residency at St. Mary’s Hospital, San Francisco, California in 2008 and a total joint replacement fellowship in 2009 at University of Louisville/Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. In 2008, Dr. Justice received the Garnett F. Wynn Award, awarded to the outstanding resident each year at the San Francisco Orthopaedic Residency Program.
He has special training in muscle-sparing hip and knee replacement. Dr. Justice is one of the few area surgeons that performs anterior approach total hip replacement. The anterior approach has a lower risk of joint dislocation, significantly less post-operative pain and a much quicker recovery.
