The information about what doors to enter for appointments would be helpful. Also, the reception area, though friendly, is quite chaotic. As is check out. It is not clear to patients when they enter, nor when they leave their dr, as what to do, with whom to speak, nor where to go. Patients seem to be standing with confused looks as what to do next.
