My visit was very satisfying, all staff was accommodating and nice, Dr.Carlos Berrios was very tentative to all my concerns, seems to care Alote for his patients, I'm so happy that I was recommended to him and his office. I give them all a 100/100

We arrived 30 minutes before appointment time. The lady who checked us in at the front desk was nice and helpful. The other ladies working there were talking and laughing loudly and it made it hard to hear as we were checking in. It did not feel like a professional doctors office. We then waited 30 minutes past our appointment time and I went back to the front desk to find out if there was an issue. A different lady at the front desk went and checked with Dr. Berrios's office and said they would be out soon, which I appreciated. Almost immediately after that, we were called back. It felt like we were forgotten. Once the doctor came in, he spent a total of 8 minutes with us and referred us to a shoulder surgeon. We had to drive an hour to get to this appointment. I don't know why we wasted 4 hours of the day to just get referred to someone else. I was glad to be able to get the imaging results after we saw the doctor. We had a great experience at OrthoIndy in Brownsburg the week before, but the northwest location did not seem quite up to standards.
