Meet Dr. Charles Smith

Dr. Charles Smith received his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana in 1989. He then received his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine, Indianapolis in 1993. After graduation, Dr. Smith completed a one year internship at St.Vincent Hospital. He then completed a three year anesthesia residency, followed by a one year chronic pain fellowship at the Indiana University Medical Center.

Dr. Smith was the anesthesia director at the North Meridian Surgery Center, as well as the Center for Orthopaedic Surgery and South Emerson Surgery Center.

Dr. Smith is board certified in anesthesia and chronic pain management. He is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and Indiana Society of Anesthesiologists.
