The staff are always amazing- we love Dr. Kayes and his PA! This appointment we were in and out within 20 minutes!
Dr. Kayes was wonderful and attentive to my daughter's history and our questions/concerns. However, we waited for over 45 minutes to be seen. Turns out that while I was filling out info in the pre appt history survey instead of completing my questionnaire after I pressed finish it brought me back to the start. That made me assume I was done. But it never completed and checked me in. Things happen, especially with tech, but someone at the desk should be checking as patients hand their tablets back that they are indeed checked in. Had I not went up to the front to see how much longer it was going to be I do not think anyone would have noticed. I will say that as soon as I brought it to their attention they got us back right away.
Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and helpful.
