Meet Dr. Scott Gudeman

Dr. Gudeman, a native of Crawfordsville, Indiana, graduated cum laude from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana in 1984 and from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1988. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency in 1993 at Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine. He then completed his sports medicine fellowship at Mercy Hospital Anderson/ University of Cincinnati College of Medicine the following year. During his fellowship, he was a member of the medical staff for the Cincinnati Bengals, Miami University (Ohio) and the University of Cincinnati.

In addition to being board certified in orthopedics, Dr. Gudeman received his subspecialty certificate in orthopedic sports medicine in 2012. During the same year, he was voted a Top Doctor by Indianapolis Monthly. 

Dr. Gudeman works with his entire team, which consists of a physician assistant, athletic trainer and patient service coordinators, to ensure quality and professional care for each of his patients. He has been in private practice since 1994.
