Walked in & was called back within a few minutes, was very impressed with the short wait
Help me thru paper work with I was satisfied
The problem was not with the doctor. My appt was scheduled for 8:00. I received an email the day before that was confusing as it only listed a follow-up appt date. I called and was assured that I indeed had an 8:00 a.m. appt. I waited for 40 min in the room before the nurse told me that the doctor was still at home! He had checked his schedule and he did not have an 8:00 appt. Something broke down and I didn't get out of there until 10:00. This meant that all appts after mine were way late as well.
