Meet Kacy Rogers

Kacy Rogers is a bone health and osteoporosis specialist who has dedicated herself to the health of others since 2008 when she recieved her Nursing degree from the Univeristy of Saint Francis. Ten years later, she obtained her advanced practice degree from Indiana State University. She has served as a Registered Nurse in the Wabash Valley Surgery Center and the Orthopedic Trauma Unit at Methodist Hospital, as well as a Nurse Practitioner at Sycamore Pain Management in Terre Haute. Over her career, she has developed a deep, proven knowledge of osteoporosis and bone health care, prevention and treatment.

Rogers developed individualized osteoporosis and bone health treatment plans based in the individual patient, scientific rationale, standards of care and professional practice guidelines. She educates patients about self-management of osteoporosis and offers counsel about medications, including possible side effects and interactions with supplements, herbal remedies and other medications. She also prescribes and advises osteoporosis medication dosages, routes and frequencies based on each patient's unique characteristics, such as age, gender and goals.
