Each member of our team brings a set of skills and experiences to enhance your care and are available to assist you with any of your questions or concerns.

Eric Frazier, PA-C

Eric is a certified physician assistant and works as Dr. Gudeman’s first assistant in the operating room. In addition to duties performed in the operating room, he also sees patients in the office. Eric is a 2002 graduate of Butler’s Physician Assistant Program.

Danielle Rayburn

Danielle is Dr. Gudeman’s patient services coordinator (PSC). She schedules appointments, surgeries and answers patient questions.

Monica Robinson

Monica is a patient service coordinator (PSC) for Dr. Gudeman. She schedules appointments, surgeries and receives patient phone calls.

 

 

 

Kristen Bowles 

Kristen is Dr. Gudeman’s patient services coordinator (PSC). She schedules appointments, surgeries and answers patient questions.
